Torn

There hasn't been a day that's gone by since my Jeep was repo'd that I haven't thought about it and how much I miss driving it. I had wanted one so bad since my 16th birthday, I have 3 honda's prior to the day in 2003 that I finally got my Jeep!!!! It was the best vehicle that I've ever owned!!! 4WD for the winter, soft top or no top for the summer, it was such a blast to drive, I never had any issues with it. I miss my Jeep.....

I received a 2007 Jeep Wrangler brochure in the mail yesterday and it got me to thinking, is it possible that I can get a Jeep again??? I was looking online today and found the above pictured 1998 Jeep Wrangler (mine was the same year but blue instead of green) and I've been doing some serious thinking about it. the price is really good $8,900, it's the exact color that i've always wanted, it has the black hard top, 5 speed, but the mileage is a bit high. I don't want to end up getting a Jeep that I'll have to put a bunch of money in to it to keep it running. Plus it's really nice now not having a car payment, I own my current car (2001 Hyundai Accent) and it gets really good gas mileage.

This is why I'm torn. I got in over my head before and ended up falling behind on my payments and having it repo'd (of course I was making less back then and had enormous credit card debt) I would really LOVE to get a Jeep again, it would make me so happy. At the same time i don't want to get back into debt again, plus I'll be moving into a new place soon and my rent will be going up. I wish i knew what to do........sigh.........

I miss my Jeep.......
